My husband bought me this book as I am considering changing jobs. I found the variety of this book to exceed that of similar ones, and the 5 or 6 sections in the back on street smart tips was terrific for interviewing, negotiating, uncovering hidden opportunities. This was a great value. Wish it was on disk....By lucille moisan
This book will undoubtedly save time for those who are frustrated by the process of writing their own resume. Having reviewed more resumes than I can count at this point, I can fully appreciate the value in showing people how to scrutinize their own work. The trouble that I've found is that people are too close to their own histories to do a really good job of marketing themselves. They know too much. What this book shows as much as anything is that getting a professional review on a resume is worth the price.By Mary Kurek
