Concise Guide to Evaluation and Management of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition PDF

Since I struggle personally with a particularly bodacious chronorhythm disorder (DSPS/N24), and work in the "motivational and success" field as a brain-based Coach and Coach Trainer, I am *always* on the lookout for resources -- for my own life, as well as for information that will help me inform and guide my clients and students to other professionals they may need to have on board.

[For context, approx. 3/4 of those with what I call "Attentional Spectrum dysregulations," my specialty, have attendant & exacerbating sleep struggles, many deserving of sleep DISORDER diagnoses that are *frequently* overlooked, even by otherwise well-informed professionals in other specialties]

I encourage ALL clinicians to update your sleep disorder info-base, and this book would be a great place to start.

For MY money, The Concise Guide to Evaluation and Management of Sleep Disorders is among the most useful on its topic, for many reasons.

#1- size: CONCISE it certainly is.

It may, at first blush, seem pricey for it's size -- but what you are actually paying for is TIME!! You may come to consider it cheap at twice the price, given how much information it packs into a teensy paperback book small enough to slip into a lab coat or jacket pocket (or purse!).

Like any book anybody could LIFT, no composite will be able to include everything on the topic, especially true of a book this small -- and these impressively credentialed authors are clear that they do not claim to. I stand in awe of how much they HAVE been able to include!

Written for the practicing clinician (who will appreciate it's brevity), non-specialist or "fringe" professionals like myself will, no doubt, consider it a godsend.
