The contents of the book are very good. the contents is no the problem. the problem is the electronic copy of the book which i purchased separately from the book. for some reason it only has a 2 license with it. Which means you only have two electronic devices that you can watch it on. I personally own 4 different devices on which to read this book. The original Kindle, which this book will not work on and amazon doesnt tell you this. I have the kindle for apple products also, my IPad, IPhone, the MAC and the IPod. Depending on what I am doing I have it available to me but not with this book as it can only be read on two devices. Being pre-med time is the issue so when there is any extra time I would be reading on my device, which ever one I might of had with me at the time can do that with this book. While the "xray feature " is nice the book is basically a scanned copy of the published book, which in its self has its limitations. The expense of both the published copy and the ecopy is also to be dealt with, just not happy with how these large book companies continually find a way to ripp off the customer rather than truely develop great ebooks that not only instruct but give an ultimate teaching and learning experience, I guess that is still years to come....SAD

This is a good book, very up to date material. This is a very nice choice for current Pharmacology classes.
