4 Weeks To An Organized Life With AD/HD PDF

What I took away from this is the power of visualization and developing visual memory as an another tool. I didn't however finish the four week program. Part of this, sure, is ADD, but part of it was the excruciatingly slow pace at which it progressed. When I have a desk full of bills to pay, I don't like directions to "spend no more than 10 minutes on your desk today." It just doesn't fly. To be fair, this would probably be a great book for someone who had no organizational systems in place, was completely overwhelmed, and had no idea where or how to start. I know there's many out there like that. I do have a system of sorts, so this wasn't a good fit for me. If you have ADD and have no clue where to start, by all means try it!

Chapter one is one of the best descriptions of ADD that I have read. I learned a lot about myself even though I have read several other books on the subject and have been acquainted with the disorder for more than 10 years.
Chapter two describes how right-brained people's brain functions, how learning and recall are different from left-brained people. Very interesting and practical information.
The best part is the 4-week schedule of activities in the last chapter. I was amazed when I started to do the activities. Now I know why other organizing systems (based on left-brained logic) never worked. You can see amazing results immediately. The important point is DO THE DAILY ACTIVITIES at the end of the book. It will change the way you look at life. Organization and follow-through will be like never before. I always thought I could never get organized, but now it is happening!
