This book is a must have for physicians performing minimally invasive aesthetic procedures. It is detailed yet concise. The book begins with a section on anatomy with impressive large color illustrations. The next section provides a thorough overview and details contraindications, equipment, reconstitution, general injection techniques, and complications. The bulk of the book is broken up into chapters, each dedicated to single procedure. These range from basic procedures including frown lines and crow's feet to more advanced procedures including eyebrow lifts and neck bands. Each chapter includes before and after photos, reviews indications, more anatomy illustrations, and a "step by step" guide along with additional photos portraying the performance of each procedure with (my favorite) safety zones, injection points and doses clearly illustrated! Follow-ups, complications and management, and pricing are also included in each chapter. Lastly, the invaluable appendix includes patient information handouts, consent forms, and procedure notes.

This well written, easy to follow book is an asset to any practitioner interested in botox procedures. Each chapter follows a similar format, making it easy to advance in technique from simple botox procedures to more complex ones in a logical progression. I highly recommend this book for practitioners who want to include botox procedures in their office practice.
