I needed these books within a reasonable time frame. There was no contact information give so I could not contact anyone for help. The textbooks because of the way they were shipped by the seller (I am told), the post office threw them away because it was "printed matter" Now I have to reorder and pay extra fees to get the books and now it is so late that I may not have the books in time for class.
