Experiencing the Lifespan PDF
The last century has witnessed a phenomenal change in the human lifespan. In 1900, in the industrialized West, the average person's life expectancy was not quite 50 years, while in the year 2006 it stood at a record high of 77.6. Thus, in one singular century a full thirty years of life had been added to the length of time that the average person could be expected to live!By Maggie Scarf
Here, in this easily accessible book, Janet Belsky has led us on a highly enjoyable, informative journey through time - from birth to the closing years of the life-cycle. This is a terrific read! Maggie Scarf
I have never had a textbook that I actually enjoyed reading...until this one. This book was part of a Developmental Psychology course that I took & it made the course content just that much more enjoyable. Belsky does an excellent job of communicating meaningful information in a way that is easily relatable. Well worth the cost!By Shauna
