This is an excellent reference book packed with very helpful advice on all aspects of getting manuscripts published. The first 5 chapters contain clear and comprehensive information on how to put a publication plan together, project manage the writing of the manuscript and tips on how to get the best results from working with a writing team and medical writers. The A-Z sections are well-written. The text is clear and easy to read and includes web links and references to guidelines as well as information on various professional associations. Every possible aspect of publishing manuscripts is covered. I know this will be a book that permanently resides on my desk and is already well-thumbed! It is an essential resource for anyone writing manuscripts and abstracts for publication.
