Health Psychology: An Introduction to Behavior and Health PDF

This book is very informative which is great, but what I like more is that it's an easy read, short chapter, gives example of how certain concepts are used, uses quite a few graphs (which for me is helpful) and more. I definitely recommend it for those like me who have in interest in both psychology and the health field.

I bought this book for school. It got the job done. Reading it was tedious at times, but I have had worse.
