Psychological Testing and Assessment: An Introduction to Tests and Measurement PDF

According to my Psych professor, this book is the best one available for information on Testing and Assessment (she is a very reliable source because she works in the field of testing and assessment). I found this book to be informative and actually, quite interesting.

Apparently it's too in depth for our masters level class, and would be more useful for the doctoral level when creating assessments.
