(so, this review looks a bit jumbled up and hard to follow because Amazon edited it. Google styleease plus the word "forum" and you'll see the forum I mention (worthless) that you have to sign up for in order to get any info. It's been over a week and my questions were STILL not answered, there is no record of my post in which I ask them where the activation number can be found...worthless)

I received this software as follows...a cardboard envelope containing a CD rom, that's covered in a sticker (that was bubbling) as if someone had made it on their home PC.

Opening the cardboard envelope, there's only the disk.

On the disk there's a read me file, that tells you to enter the activation number and your email address, but NOWHERE in the read me doc is the activation number, nor is it on the back of the envelope (where you'd expect it to be!)
[...] (this is amazon's way of letting you know they edited out some of your info...basically, I said I had to log onto their forum to ask questions, and there was no reply, even til this day, some 8 days later)

They moderate their posts, so my post never showed up, and any queries on the forum will only lead you to instructions to "enter the activation number" but nowhere does it tell you where that number can be found.

24 hours later, no response from the moderators on the website.
so, to hell with this basement start-up company, and their software.

I also got the small book APA the easy way, and that's helped out enormously!

[...] (amazon did not like that I said that the ONE good review this software has is from someone with only one or two feedbacks. Basically, I suspect this is the inventor of this softwar.
