I had the Taylor videos for nursing classes. They are fairly well taught, but there is a lot of stuff missing.By silky69
Also, the ones I had from an earlier edition (don't know if these have been updated or changed) had the nursing students teasing each other and having small talk with the patient, which I found distracting, and when you want to watch something over again, you really don't want to have to hear the same jokes and small talk again and you just want to have it more focused on the skill itself.

I wish I'd bought this at the beginning of the semester. Important skills are covered from start to finish in well-produced videos. My lab profs weren't great about demoing skills. Watching these videos before lab gave me a huge leg up. I also used them to review skills before mastery check-offs. If you're going to buy any supplement to the Taylor text this is it!By Alicia
