Textbook of Basic Nursing PDF

Let me start off by saying save yourself whatever the cost of this book is and buy the 9th edition. It's the exact same book and nearly 100% identical context as far my nursing class can tell. As of writing this, our class is 1/2 way through and there hasn't been any problems for the people using the old edition. In fact they actually have some added benefits we don't!

The 9th edition is better because it comes with the answers to the problems at the end of the chapters and the answers in the workbook. So if you're like me, reading your material and trying to test yourself to see if you grasp these concepts, having the answers would be greatly beneficial. However upon contacting the publisher, they told me it wasn't available to students. Our instructor is a busy women and she shouldn't be burned any further to call these clowns because they won't give us the answers to the material we paid for. I get the reason behind this, but seriously I would never recommend this book based on that right there. Our teacher is going to get us the answers, because she feels its ridiculous as well.
