The Hastings Center Guidelines for Decisions on Life-Sustaining Treatment and Care Near the End of Life: Revised and Expanded Second Edition PDF

The Guidelines are clearly written and highly accessible, representing well-supported, consensus positions. However, the guidelines tend to avoid taking stances on controversial issues. Helpful in the end, but not as helpful as it might have been, in my opinion.

A good follow up to last edition but basic tenets are always the same. More on religious patient preferences would be helpful.
