Featuring a look and style that's more like a magazine than a textbook, Plotnik's INTRODUCTION TO PSYCHOLOGY, Tenth Edition will draw you in and show you how exciting the study of psychology can be. This modular, visual approach to the fundamentals of psychology--the pioneer of the "visual" or "magazine" style approach--makes even the toughest concepts engaging and entertaining. Each and every page is individually planned, written, and formatted to effectively incorporate the use of Visual Cues, which help you to better remember information. Extensively updated, the text also utilizes "chunking," a method of breaking concepts down into small, easily digested sections that help you learn at your own pace. This textbook is very informative and clear. It does help to understanding clearly about psychology. The summary questions are very help for me to study for the quizzes.

Honestly I don't find psychology that interesting, but this book is a life saver for my class. If you actually read this book and use it to your advantage then it is really a great purchase. This book might be more expensive even though it's paperback, but it worth every penny especially if you need it for class. The textbook is easy to follow and has various examples that are sure to assist you in remembering the terms and processes. Just make sure to actually READ AND USE THIS BOOK if you end up purchasing it for class.
